Sidhi Benjankar

Mr. Sidhi Benjankar is a national level football coach and past national football player. He has contributed a lot to the development of football in Nepal including coaching the players at ANFA Academy. 

As a part of the national player, he had participated in Banga Bandhu Cup, Dhaka, Bangladesh for Nepal in 1998;  IFA Cield, Calcutta, India 1997;  Airlines Gold Cup, Calcutta, India 1999; U – 16 Asia Cup for Nepal 1990; ANFA Invention International League, Kathmandu 1999;  Rupk Memorial International Cup, Kathmandu 2000 and many others

He has a long experience of football coaching for Nepalese Army Football Club from 2050 to 2054;  for All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) from 2056 to 2069; Friends Club Kupondole from 2057 to 2069 and Himalaya Sherpa Club from 2063 to 2068; Recently he has been working for the development of youth players through his academy 'Lalitpur Sports Development Centre'. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He has been involving with Rara Foundation as the 'Technical Advisor' for the development of Football as the tool for social change. In addition, he is leading the football-related projects of RF as the technical lead and continuously provides feedbacks and supervise the football projects to enhance and ensure its impact in the community. He acts as the Head Coach while providing football training to the players and coaches all around the RF projects.
